Mr. Hardik Raiyani handles the Pulses & Beans division at VACPL and branding, designing, packaging and logistics at Vibgyor Foods and Vibgyor Industries. As someone who is focused on growth, Mr. Raiyani’s future plans for the group include increasing the volume of orders, increasing partnership with MN’s top provide certain agro-commodities and increase the market presence of both VF and VI. With a background in sales, management and client relationship management, Mr. Raiyani is the all-rounder in the group. Rarely do we see someone who likes going for movies alone, but Mr. Raiyani falls in that minority. In his free time, he enjoys watching new movies, cricket matches, and reading inspirational books by well- known authors.

Mr. Bhavik Mehta has been a part of the Vibgyor group since tis inception. He has been deeply involved in Vibgyor Agro Commodities Pvt. Ltd, Vibgyor Foods and Vibgyor Industries. He currently handles the Oil seeds division in VACPL, and sales in the other two companies. With an illustrious list of past work experiences in Sales, Business Development and higher management positions, Mr. Mehta is an asset to the organization. In his spare time, he prefers reading suspense thrillers or travelling to new countries. An avid hiker, he also loves spending time near any water body. He also possesses the incredible skill of making fun of people around him, without actually saying anything but only with the way he looks at them.

Mr. Himanshu Raiyani has been an integral part of Vibgyor Agro Commodities Pvt. Ltd, Vibgyor Industries and Vibgyor Food since the inception of all three companies. He handles the spice division in VACPL and the finance department in the other two companies. Mr. Raiyani has a natural talent for understanding the agro commodities industry and dealing with clients and vendors. In his free time, he refers to watch movies or the unofficial national sport, cricket. In the future, he hopes to offer startup consultancy services for engineering products and machinery. One is also likely to find Mr. Raiyani memorizing financial transactions, while shopping voraciously at the mall! He is a true multitasker.

Handling the grains & rice division at Vibgyor Agro Commodities Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Jigar Shah has been a source of inspiration with his constant drive to add more clients. His future plans include expanding VACPL’s operations to even more countries while attracting more buyers and vendors to the company. His favorite part about the job is coming in contact with people from all walks of life. He often creates new friends in the process of building new client relationships. His vast experience of 14 years in the grain brokering industry has helped the company stay on the right path. His favorite thing to do? Wake up late and enjoy his free time doing absolutely nothing!

Mr. Vimal Raiyani made the decision of joining the Vibgyor group in December 2013. Since then, he has dedicated all his time and effort towards making each division grow and prosper. He currently manages the sales and processes in factory management. He firmly believes that any new partnership can be beneficial to both parties if leveraged correctly. Mr. Raiyani’s favorite part about working with Vibgyor is being able to travel and set his own schedules. This helps him work more efficiently. The most fulfilling part of his work is being able to close deals successfully. Travelling is his favorite hobby, when he gets the time to do it. Mr. Raiyani believes in his own hard work and felt incredibly proud when he purchased his first car, the Indica Vista.

Mr. Divyesh Rakholiya has been a part of the Vibgyor group since July 2012. Being pasticular about documents has led him to be put in charge of documentation and international marketing for the oil seeds division. An MBA with a head for precision, Mr. Rakholia loves the professional environment in the company. For him, Vibgyor is like his second family. He can often be found swimming numerous laps in the pool.

Mr. Jignesh Dudhat has been a part of Vibgyor since the last 10 years. As someone who is familiar with the ins and outs of every process, Mr. Dudhat currently handles the documentation in the pulses department. With a Diploma in Computer Science, he is the tech-savvy person in the office everyone goes to. He loves exploring new technologies and implementing them in the work space. Vibgyor has given him the chance to showcase his abilities, and he enjoys working here immensely. In his spare time, Mr. Dudhat likes to visit new places or go swimming or cycling.

Mr. Rajesh Asodiya, the documentation head for the spices department firmly believes that Vibgyor has a team where each individual is committed to its success. His belief in the entire team is one of the reasons for his division and the company’s overall growth. Mr. Asodiya holds an MBA in International Marketing and has been known to keep checking the cricket score of any match going on at the moment. One can also find him watching TV or reading a good book in his free time. Vibgyor’s work culture is why he loves his job so much.

Mr. Milan Bavisi having a background of Science Education, also worked for Pharma Companies as well for several years. He has joined Vibgyor Group in 2014 and from very beginning, he started focusing on Grain Division operations. Where company having very small volume in trade of Grain, but once after when it came in focus of Mr. Milan, business of Grain Division got a substantial change.

Mr. Vivek Domadia has been a part of the Vibgyor group since the last 1 year. As a documentation executive, Mr. Domadia is required to pay minute attention to details for all orders and shipments. His numerous degrees, including an MBA, has prepared him well for this position. Mr. Domadia has found a very welcoming environment at Vibgyor, where everyone looks after each other. The constant encouragement form management and implementation of new ideas & technologies is why Mr. Domadia enjoys working at Vibgyor. His favorite pastime is to play cricket, travel or watch the latest movies on the first day in the first show.

Mr. Kaushal Vyas has been a part of the company for only a year. But in this one year, he has taken hold of the company’s accounting processes with ease. Focused on making sure that the numbers add up as they should, Mr. Vyas can often be found in the office until late. He likes the flexible working hours because this offers him the freedom to finish his tasks the way he is comfortable with. His favorite activity during his free time is to read.

Mr. Hardik Kothari joined Vibgyor Group in 2012 for Accounting and Documentation part of foreign trade. Although he was doing good and made remarkable changes in many aspects. Looking at his skill company gave him driving seat for developing Sales at Vibgyor Industries [Papad, Dry Bhakhri, Khakhra Mfg. Company] in 2018. Within 2 years he set companies sales in almost 23 states of India.

Jigen Jariwala has qualified from the faculty of Commerce also with degrees in 'Diploma Business Management & 2 years of Law' in the year 1989. Currently having 32 years of business entrepreneurship experience in the 'Domestic & International Markets' having associated with the 'Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Agri-Inputs, Foods Industries'. A strong domain in having excellent relationships with the 'Corporate, Government & Semi Government Organizations'. Have got an opportunity to be a part of the 'VIBGYOR GROUP' in the year 2018 & will work upon responsibilities & assignments as allotted & shall work upon in developing right business outcome & attain growth.
